"The view, dining, and service – all excellent. We had an issue witl our shower leaking from multiple areas leading to flooding around the bathroom floor. The maintenance staff managed to fix one leak but there's a design flaw in the shower door that causes the other. They were quite accommodating with adequate service recovery. Overall, great experience!"

"This is an outstanding hotel. It was constructed 25 years ago out of concrete and rustic native wood overlooking Last Hope Bay. The hotel deservedly won architectural awards for its forward looking eco-friendly design that enables the hotel to retain 58% of the incident sunlight in a climate in which this is a highly desirable feature. The staff were friendly and the food was outstanding. "

"Un endroit merveilleux de calme, de nature, de silence, perdu au milieu de la végétation. Les bâtiments sont très beaux, les chambres vastes et confortables. Les piscines extérieures sont nature et la dernière permet de se baigner dans le fjord agréablement. Le restaurant est délicieux et abordable en prix et le petit déjeuner magnifique !"

"Beautiful Hotel in a great location ! Hotel has a very unique design and absolutely love it! Very nice and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar really good with an amazing water view. "El servicio por parte del personal es excelente. Bien ubicado a unos 3min de la terminal de buses. El desayuno muy bueno, flexible con la opción de tomarlo en el hotel o prepárate un almuerzo para llevar a tu excursión a Torres del Paine. La calefacción es buena y la decoración aún mejor. "

"The Uman Lodge is a unique place in Patagonia. It was built on a cliff facing great mountains and over the Futalelfu river, that shows splendorous from any room in the hotel. Rooms are spacious, all made of local woods, with a very attractive architecture. Food was outstanding and the spa included sauna, hot tub, indoor and outside panoramic pools. Highly recomendable and 8 minutes drive from town. Manu trekings, mountain bike roads and the best river beach I’ve seen around"
