"Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location."
"Great place to stay if you are visiting Atacama. Very centrally located. The hotel is great with individual cottages for your room. Staff is excellent. Most tours will pick you up from this hotel or the tour company maybe a short walk. The staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and we never had any issues. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it."

"It was a nice experience, this is a good hotel, well located. Nice indoor pool. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. However, it is hard to classify it as a 5 stars hotel. There are many small details that should be fixed: dirty chairs and table on the terrace, no bathrobe in the room (available at the pool, but looking quite old), scratches everywhere, broken safe box, only 3 hangers etc. Our 7th floor terrace had a direct look over two empty (looking like abandoned) outdoor pools."
