"Pésimo, llegamos el día de nuestra reserva y no quedaban habitaciones, Nadie nos recibió, solo nos pudimos contactar vía telefónica y no nos dieron ninguna solución, simplemente nos dejaron votados, sin ninguna explicación. La persona que nos atendió por teléfono muy poco profesional y despreocupada."

"Perfect location in the centre of Pucon and close to the lake. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful, spacious apartment. Our happy experience could have been improved by better kitchen equipment and for the hotel to actually bother responding to questions sent to them via Expedia or their own website."

"Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

"Good central hotel to stay at, my experience with the staff was good, they’re were efficient on their job and friendly! Stocked bar and a good hotel restaurant! "

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"Everything was nice. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The spa is one of the reasons i stay at this property- although the steam was was not operational. I stayed there again a week afyer and it still was not functional. Overall a great stay."
