"After a particularly trying day, my husband and I were gratified to be warmly greeted by Briana. Our room was sparkling clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well-presented and tasty - and the bacon was perfectly cooked! Checkout was quick and easy. We will gladly stay here again when the need arises."

"The surrounding area is safe. I grew up in Chatsworth! There are many outside fast food options as well as restaurants. I took advantage of breakfast every morning. The dining area was quaint. The children in the pool and hot tub can be obnoxious. No reflection of the hotel. The grounds are highly maintained. The best part it is dog friendly. "Location was awesome, rooms were clean, and communal areas were nice as well!! The parking is a bit weird, and if you park on the street during certain times of night you will get a ticket. Host was excellent at communication and keeping me informed!! Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"NEVER stay here. Worst hotel, I was better off in my car. Cigarette burns in sheets, stains in every towel and pillow, a hole punched through the bathroom door, and the homeless community in the parking lot. "

"Breakfast staff was present and very attentive! room was clean, however the HVAC was really loud as was the refrigerator. Kitchen in the room had ample supplies! People upstairs from us had little kids and they were running and jumping more than what would be expected. Told the front desk and they were helpful in notifying that guest about it. Staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and top notch! "
