"the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city."

"The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. "The room was not only clean but had "character". The bathroom was spacious and had both shower and bathtub. And, what really was extraordinary is the restaurant and the lounge / outdoor pool space, both wether you sit there and work or just chill. Last but not least, the staff is as friendly and helpful as it gets. This is the pl where to stay in Lusaka. "

"The pictures were way different - This is definitely one hotel needs maintenance. I rate it as 2 stars instead of 4. We waited 2 hrs to check in due to rooms were not ready.. For the breakfast it was always the same no good selection and always 1 hr late to start. WiFi not good at all. The bathroom smells sewage. A/C are not reliable as well. "
