"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

The property is in a great condition and very clean and very morning a nice breakfast is served in every room. "Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. "Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. We had a large room with air conditioning, and small fridge in the room with a complimentary large bottle of water, good sized bathroom with walk in shower.
