The view of the gardens and village from our room was gorgeous. Similarly the bar and restaurant were beautifully decorated and quintessentially English. The staff in reception and restaurant were friendly and highly professional."

Staff are very helpful but sometimes the IT infrastructure seems to let the customer down. Last point - the bedrooms need more power outlets to cope with all of the devices that people now want to recharge each day"

"Our 4th visit to Chichester, a town we love. The Harbour Hotel is newly decorated and truly lovely. Positives: fridge with water replaced daily, electric kettle, excellent bed with USB chargers at nightstands, towel heater in bath actually worked and there was always plenty of hot water in the walk-in shower. The hotel was very quiet and we loved the views of chimneys and park. The Ship restaurant and bar in the hotel serves fine meals in an elegant setting. Festival Theatre, Pallant House...
