"Beautiful accommodation, tastefully furnished to a high standard, cozy and comfortable. Our host Kettil was easily contactable and answered our questions in a timely manner enabling us to get on with our plans. The only issue and it was a minor one , is that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the door to the loft and with large cases it was a little awkward. However this did not detract from our wonderful stay at this accommodation. "

"The apartment was clean (although at one point, someone must have smoked in the apartment…I am ultra sensitive) and the bed was comfortable. It was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Arlington Heights, which was great, and a five minute walk to the post office! The only drawback to this place was the very loud air conditioner. It was like a jet engine…and it was only in one room.We used a supplied box fan for the bedroom. Overall, though, we had a nice stay."

"Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that.
