Pros - nice facility, excellent staff, very good buffet breakfast, close to grocery store and mall food court. Shuttle to the night market was nice. Cons - nothing major - finicky wifi - we had to reenter hotel password every few minutes. I’m an avid swimmer and there was a strange smell in the pool water that gave me a headache. Not close to any of the major tourist sites but Grab was affordable and convenient.

Was there for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and service was courteous, but had some language issues—asked for help with the lights and we and the porter couldn’t figure it out. He left then never came back, but we eventually found it. My bag was marked incorrectly and sent to the wrong room, called the desk, put on hold, then had to walk down to ask for help and was given help to someone who understood English and finally found it. For the mishaps, I took out one star, but otherwise great hotel!

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location. All major attractions were a short distance away in a Grab taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Strong wifi signal. Tea & coffee and a selection of snacks/drinks in the room. Delicious breakfast and the restaurant served amazing food.

Very helpful, present and attentive staff. Is a little bit outside of the city centre-walkable but along major road. Beside central and big C. Would stay here again if in chiang rai.

Grand Vista is away from downtown on a busy road, although the traffic noise wasn’t apparent in our room or at the pool. There’s a large modern mall across the highway, accessed by a foot bridge, with food courts, restaurants, grocery store and shops. The old city is a short Grab ride away. Our room was large, clean and serviced daily. A very enjoyable staff.

The Grand Visa is a NICE hotel. Everything was clean & worked. The bed was comfy & they had lots of pillows. The shower was nice & hot. The bar fridge stayed on when you left the room. We ordered room service & they were fast & the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had good choices & was well presented. They had an egg station which was nice. Staff were friendly & housekeeping did a good job. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
