Our room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The pool, next to a shady lounge area, was a great way to cool off after a day of walking. The staff were kind, helpful and generous to us the whole time. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The Signature Hotel Thapae
Room was good and spacious, however, didn’t expect to stay on the first floor. In the first morning, the toilet would have a drainage smell and it would be better if they could provide more toilet paper. Nonetheless, the staff were very friendly and approachable. Away Chiang Mai Thapae Resort - A Vegan Retreat
Very beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff who helped me pick the right elephant sanctuary to visit. Food is vegan and delicious although the breakfast wasn’t robust enough for me as a non-vegan. Great location to walk and explore.
