Best host, awesome hotel!!

Stayed at this place with family. Was a perfect base to explore Chiang Mai. Great accommodation, good aircon, free drinking water and soft towels. Staff are very friendly and great with it. Three kind of bread and six different fruit in the American breakfast set. Strongly recommended!

Really nice staff. The property was close to the old City and quiet...except for the birds in the morning. Basic rooms with no frills.Oh, the beds were very hard too.

Ottima location!

Ottima location a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla Tha Phae Gate e dal Ploen Ruedee Night Market. Proprietaria (ed anche tutto il personale) gentilissima, disponibilissima, sempre attenta alle esigenze del cliente e piena di consigli utili. Non è una camera enorme, ma c'è tutto ciò di cui potete aver bisogno.

料金とサービスを比較してとてもコスパが良い。サービスは行き届いておりどのスタッフも対応がとても心地よい。水回りスペースが小さいのでシャワーとトイレが同空間(カーテンでも仕切られていない)なので、2人で宿泊すると少し困るかも。この料金を選ぶ人は特に問題ないかもしれないが。朝食も複数の中から選ぶ形なので連泊の人でも飽きずに楽しめます。

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave great suggestions and went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans. Room was great, was actually upgraded without us knowing. Would definitely stay again. One thing I would say is the mattress was pretty firm, if that matters to you. But it was plenty comfortable for us and we slept easily.

직원들은 대체로 다 친절함. 조식은 뭐... 나쁘지 않았음. 방 철결상태는 좋았으나... 화장실은 벽에 곰팡이가 너무 많이보이고... 화장실에 신발이 없고 방안에 슬리퍼도 없었음. 3층 테이블에는 새똥이 너무 많았음... ^^

I can't thank Karen and the team enough for their kindness and hospitality. The room, hotel and location were perfect for me. Unfortunately I got sick and had to go home early - Karen came with me to the hospital and then her team went above and beyond to help me get a flight home. I really can't thank them enough - customer service like this is extremely rare, they really care about their guests.

The lodge was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast’s were great. The beds were a little hard but we got used to them quickly. Also on a bit of a noisy street but nothing ear plugs can’t take care of. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back as stay here again.

A nice little hotel with hospitable hosts

The hotel was a typical, guesthouse style with a good selection of amenities in the room. The breakfast was amazing with a cook-to-order menu list and the seasonal fruit plate. I loved how the hosts were extremely hospitable. They were constantly asking if everything was ok and if we had issues calling taxis and so on. Highly recommended.

The owner, Karen, and her staff were extremely welcoming from day one. Made to order breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Staff was always accommodating and Karen even helped us book a taxi to the airport for 150 baht which is $5 USD. There were a few of us who checked out the same morning. Karen and her son, Nelson, woke up early in the morning to say their goodbyes. You can never get this type of service and hospitality in large hotels. Smaller is definitely better. We will be booking with V Lodge again the next time we visit Chiang Mai.

Friendly & Nice Convenient Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Simple n good breakfast is included. Complimentary bottled water available for guest or you can refill bottle with water to reduce waste at area beside reception counter. Only area that may need a little improvement is the upgrade of the Aircon so that the room can be cool down faster. Hotel staffs are all very helpful and friendly.

Excelente y justo para lo que uno paga

Yo calificaría al hotel de 3 estrellas, es bonito y justo para la que uno paga por noche, yo viaje sola, los tours que pague si te recogen en el hotel, el hotel tiene precio preferencial en taxis, pregunta en el mostrador ya que yo lo vi hasta el último día de mi estancia y pague mucho en Tuk Tuk y taxis, el desayuno que incluye esta súper rico, el personal del hotel muy amables, está muy segura la zona yo salí a caminar todas las noches a los alrededores, Hay restaurantes y lugares de masajes, a unos pocos metros del hotel, las principales atracciones caminando están a 25 minutos caminando, pero lo que no me gusto del hotel fueron las toallas, súper viejas, se veía que ya habían pasado por cientos de lavadas daban un aspecto de asco que el primer día no me quise ni secar con ellas, la regadera está a una lado de la tasa de baño 🚽 te bañas y mojas toda la tasa, el wifi muy mala señal. Pero haciendo a un lado todo eso, considerando que en mi estancia todo el día anduve en tours y que solo llegaba a bañarme y a dormir, esta excelente para lo que uno paga.
