Absolutely loved this hotel

We absolutely loved Smile Lana. The beds were beyond comfortable and the room and hotel was very clean. We absolutely loved the morning breakfast and enjoyed all the perks included in your stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the hotel during the holiday season. They had a free street fair with free food and massages. the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. A great place to stay in Chang Mai. Convent location within walking distance to the old city.

Good location for the Old City. Friendly polite staff, clean hotel and great pool. Free activities for guests to do in the mornings. Happy hour every day at the bar, which is local juices and fruit. No alcohol served at property as it is a well being kind of vibe hotel but free to bring in your own. Would stay again .

Amazing stay! The loveliest staff we’ve ever come across. The best place we stayed in Thailand & we didn’t want to leave. We were there with our baby & all the staff were amazing with him & the staff went above and beyond to entertain him during breakfast times for us. A very peaceful location a short walk from the old town. Room was very clean & they even put some freebies in the minibar for you every day. Overall 10/10 & we hope we can come back one day.

It was my favorite accommodation among the accommodations I stayed in Chiang Mai and I intend to visit again. It was suitable for a quiet rest, it was close to the old town, the landscaping was nice and green, it was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory enough, the fruits were fresh, the roti baked on site was good, and the outdoor pool was also relaxing. A post-breakfast stroll in the walkable Nong Buak Haad Public Park brought peace of mind. Recommended for those looking for a quiet getaway in northern LANNA style accommodation.

We have to say Smile Lanna was one of the best hotels my wife and I ever had the pleasure of staying. What made our stay so extraordinary was the employees, everyone helped make our stay so comfortable and inviting Our room was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed there 5 days and within those 5 days everyone felt more like family and frankly we were sad to leave. Thank you everyone at Smile Lanna for all that you do for your quest, everyone there is truly amazing!!
