Family travelling with 2 young adult daughters. Assigned 3 rooms on the same floor.
Overall: Poorly maintained, chipped cupboards, missing toilet roll holders, fridge that isn't cold at all, stained floormats, grey bedlinen and towels. Very dirty floors & window sill. Only cheap shampoo and body soap (Neon pink and green) provided. No hand towel, no vanity kit, no slippers, no toothbrush, no POOL, no SECURITY.
Daughter's room, keycard didn't work, went to reception 5x before changing to another room. This was worse, the tap was loose & wobbly, the keycard holder was stuck on to the wall with a tape in the room, loose wiring under the sink. Another room change, aircon in this room didn't work, at 16C, it felt like 28C.
Our room, sooty & ashy, bedsheets were peppered with ashy/soot dots, when you rub it it leaves a trail of ash. Room changed to 2nd floor, no fridge, very very filthy floors
Pool: The pool was full of leaves & bugs, filter pump was not running. Asked the evening manager, he said it "wasn't maintained".
Security: No keycard entry or staff presence at all times
On 13/3 The hotel staff opened our's daughter's room door with their master key while they were in the room. It was the night manager & another male staff. The mgr apologised but had no answer about his actions.
Staff: Day receptionist, grumpy, sour-faced & impatient. Night manager, 20 year old son of owner, zero experience. was told that the owners have just taken back the management of LeBis
