Great hotel except for the bed.
We enjoyed our stay at ISTY. The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel is super cute, very trendy and fun decor. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioner kept it nice and cool. The downsides: our bed was rock hard. Like sleeping on a slab of wood with a sheet on it. The buffet breakfast was very minimal. Toast with jelly, a salad bar, instant coffee, watermelon and corn flakes. If you were lucky enough to grab one: an egg sandwich. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Parking at the facility may be limited. A good decent hotel if you are looking not looking for any frills of a hotel. The rooftop bar at night is a good relaxing space to enjoy the quiet and calm.

Do not book for family stays
I would not recommend this hotel to families, we booked for 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren, and ended up checking out within 3 hours. The hotel seems to be geered towards the young clientelle and the level of service you recieve shows, when we arrived at the hotel with 2 small children at no point did any staff member help us with getting luggage out of taxi into reception, and when checked in again no help with getting luggage to the room even though they could see us having difficulties. My wife went to the pool and took the towel from the room, a member of staff stormed over to her and rudely told her off and not to use that and to use one of the pool towels, appreciate this was our error but there was no reason to be rude and could of politely infomed us, as how would we be aware of that in advance??. The next issue was the rooms, the balconies are totally unusable and rooms are very basic. The guests they had staying there were very strange, we had several young men standing and staring at my grandaughters and wife as they used the pool, this is nothing to do with the hotel but gives an indication of clientelle. I coukd go on and on with problems we could see in our 3 hour stay, but i just dont have the energy. I feel if you are young single and on a budget this hotel would probably be great for you, however if you are a family or have a decent standard that you would expect i would not recommend booking.

不錯的一間小酒店，仍可有進步空間
以價格來看，絕對是性價比高。 房間空間足夠，有小露台。 早餐選擇不算少，有西式，亦有中式的，飲品種類齊全，除了一般果汁，熱茶，咖啡，還有熱牛奶，美祿，朱古力。 酒店有24小時供應水，熱茶，咖啡，果汁... 房間內近露台的桌面有螞蟻，可能整理房間時要留意一下。 可以的話，希望能改善一下隔音問題。住了三個晚上，每晚都會被隔壁的歡呼聲吵醒，遇到情緒高漲的住客，實在難以安睡。 泳池雖然細小，但感覺很乾淨。 比較多外國遊客及台灣遊客入住，也有少量香港遊客。 附近有幾家燒烤店，Tesco超市，及一家按摩店，但沒有看到便利店。 整體上都是很滿意的，如果可以改善一下螞蟻及隔音問題，就更完美。

Recommended design hotel - perfect for families
Nice hotel with a designer boutique vibe. Impeccably clean. Family room perfect for us. Front desk very kind and helpful. Rooftop bar is great! Pool is pretty but very close to common area, didn't see anyone swim during our 48h stay. Located about 15 mins walk from old city in a part of town that is not too touristy, more local feel..

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at how beautiful the hotel was with an open lobby. It has a great indoor/outdoor feeling. Great staff and a warm welcome. They were very helpful when we had questions or need help finding a restaurant. A down side, however, was the bed. It was quite hard by European/North American standards. For Asian standards, it was average. If you like a hard bed, you'll have no problem, but it wasn't relaxing, and I really would have liked with there were options for making it more comfortable. I asked and was thankful that the gave me and extra blanket to soften it. As for breakfast, it's pretty good with some Thai and Western options. The Thai options are the best. The coffee is not great. I really liked that there were refreshments and healthy snacks available throughout the day. I also love that they have a water refill station so you don't have to take plastic water bottles. Great! I'd love to go back, but I would consider bringing a camping mattress for myself.

早餐非常好，泰式料理尤其特出，毎日欵式不同。整日免費提供任添飲品免費小食，共用餐區設備很多，餐區相連泳池活動室，是整個酒店亮點。加上天台吧區，曾於半夜上去觀星，也有氣氛。 酒店最須改善是浴室空間細小，沒有放置梳洗用品的安排。

이 호텔에서 12박 했다. 싼티탐 지역에있어 밤에 걸어다니기 무섭다. 차량 또는 오토바이로 이동을 추천한다. 복도에서 나는 소음이 실내까지 잘 들린다. 중국인이 매우 많으며 그들은 매우 시끄럽고 무례하며 다른사람을 배려하지않는다. 새벽 1시 넘어서도 깔깔거리고 수다를 떨어 문을 세게 두드렸지만, 그들은 sorry를 장난스럽게 여러번 외치며 웃었다. 정말 몰상식하다고 생각한다. 완전 개방형 이라 1층에서 큰 바퀴벌레를 여러번 보았다. 단 나는 2층에서 지냈고, 이곳에서는 바퀴벌레를 보지못했다. 내가원할때마다 방 청소를 깔끔하게 해주었으며, 직원이 많아 실시간으로 빠르게 도움을 받을 수 있었다. 직원들 모두 젊고, 친절했다. 조식은 기본메뉴는 비슷하나 구성이 조금씩 달라지며 빵+계란/ 타이스타일 식사로 선택해서 마음대로 먹을 수 있다. 킹사이즈 침대와 이불은 매우 크고, 깨끗하고 만족스러웠다. 실내에서 금연시 5000바트 벌금을 부과한다고 써있지만, 일부 중국인들이 묵는 방 앞을 지날때마다 담배냄새가 났고, 화장실 환기구를 통해 담배냄새가 났다. 이 호텔은 훌륭했지만, 이 호텔을 이용하는 중국인들이 많아 겪을 수 있는 불편함을 호텔 선택시 고려하길 바란다.

有一个小小泳池，房間雖少，但尚可接受，員工態度親切。只二百多元及已包早攴，地區較遠離市區，但搭双行車只30至40bath,其實住舊城去景点也需要搭，整体來說，是超值。特別喜欢遊泳朋友。

Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable! Ceci fait une grosse différence quand vous ne parlez pas la langue du pays. Ils nous ont par exemple commander un Grab (équivalent du Hubert) la journée de notre départ et même préparer une petite boîte déjeuner étant donné que notre excursion pour le sanctuaire d'éléphant partait avant l'heure du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel était confortable et la piscine très appréciée après les journées chaudes. En somme un excellent choix à Chiang Mai.

一所讓人感到年青嘅酒店
ISTY 酒店用一種嶄新的營運模式 有點兒像優化了的 Youth Hostel。 酒店的公用地方很多，也有很多有特色的區域，比方天台酒吧丶 泳池吧丶繩網座椅等。酒店的小餐廳24小時供應免費飲料及小吃，鼓勵住客到那裏小聚。酒店主要由年青人打理。

Phenomenal Service & cleanliness
Isty hotel was amazing exceeded all expectations. The hotel was well kept and staff were very helpful in booking activities ect. The property was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel. Only negative factor is that there is not a lot to do very close to the hotel but everything is within a 10 minute walk so it wasn’t a problem.
