Great stay!

We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The clerk gave us the local place to eat pizza and it was amazing, he also provided us with directions to the best hot springs. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think it is a family run business and everyone there was delightful.

Goede prijs/prestatie, helaas geen airco maar wind in de avond biedt wel afkoeling. Bezocht in juni, in Juli of Augustus waarschijnlijk wel een issue. Foto's doen denken dat er uitgebreide wellness faciliteiten in het Hotel zijn. Nadere bestudering leert dat het maar klein is en alleen na betaling te bezichtigen. Omgeving wel mooi, vooral oude dorp even bezoeken.

(Too) quiеt hotel with all spa facilities.

Hotel is new, clean, and generally in a good condition. The only exception was the clogged sink. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning (a fan only). There was a lengthy list of spa procedures that are offered. The pool on the top (and another open pool in the vicinity) are free; there is a number of other paid spa facilities available. In was the end of June but the hotel was almost empty. The town is a thermal resort with dozens of hotels; however it was almost deserted.

Albergo centrale. Personale gentile

Ho prenotato via Expedia una matrimoniale all Hotel Del Buono. Albergo tenuto bene. Posizione centrale. Ho avuto la mansardina che consiglio perché è silenziosa e spaziosa. Di fronte alla stanza una terrazza in comune, dove c'è una vista a 180 gradi della campagna toscana. L albergo ha una SPA dove ci si può rilassare con Bagno Turco, Idromassaggi e percorso Kneipp.

Ottimo!!

Hotel pulitissimo, personale cortese e disponibile. la spa eccezionale e la prima colazione internazionale ottima. Ottimo per poter raggiungere paesi vicino come Montepulciano e Pienza, dopo aver visto Chianciano antica dalla quale si gode di un fantastico panorama sulla valle. Consiglio a tutti coloro che hanno voglia di rilassarsi, silenziosissimo.

Un incubo

L'hotel è a gestione familiare, il personale delle colazioni è gentile e preparato, la nostra abitazione era spartana (doccia a pavimento come si usava molti anni fa), ma pulita, la grotta con spa carina. Per il resto purtroppo è stato un incubo. Lo scarico della doccia era attappato già al nostro arrivo, per cui alla prima doccia il bagno e parte dell'abitazione si sono allagati. Il Wi-Fi funzionava a tratti ed era inutilizzabile. Durante la prima notte se n'è andata la corrente e siamo rimasti al buio per più di mezz'ora. Inoltre il giorno successivo l'abitazione non è stata pulita, abbiamo fatto presente tutto quanto sopra alla direttrice dell'albergo che in maniera sconcertante anziché assumersi almeno in parte la responsabilità, o come minimo scusarsi, ha iniziato a controbattere e scaricare la responsabilità dicendo che lo scarico attappato può succedere, che la camera non era stata pulita perché forse qualcuno era passato o aveva sentito che era occupata, e che internet a Chianciano non funziona bene. Non una singola ammissione di responsabilità o una parola di scusa nei confronti del cliente.

Albergo situato in una posizione facilissima da individuare non appena si arriva a Chianciano. La camera sempre ben pulita era abbastanza comoda e sufficientemente grande per due persone. Il centro benessere è gestito dalla Sig.ra Marta, che ti giuda e aiuta nel percorso benessere. Molto bella la grotta sensoriale, dove il relax è garantito a 360°! Ne esci davvero rigenerato! Anche i massaggi della signora Marta sono assolutamente da consigliare! Buono il buffet della colazione...più che buono è stato il pranzo che abbiamo fatto in hotel..primo piatto abbondante e una tagliata semplice ma ottima! Personale attento e pronto ad ogni necessità! Consigliato!
