"We were given a room out back 2nd floor, as soon as we opened the door we could smell marijuana along with the residual smell of cigarettes. This was a non-smoking room. We don’t smoke. "Staff was helpful during check in. The room was very clean. The sofa bed was basically brand new. The mirror in the room was broken and a few door jams were broken as well. The rooms were not soundproof in the slightest but overall a really good stay. Breakfast was great. "

"If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. "
