Lobby smelled bad, rooms were not clean and bathrooms had mold all over the bathroom it was truly disappointed and disgusting. Honestly won’t stay there. And the towels you can feel they have never been changed since the hotel open.

Every staff member we met was extremely kind, the hotel was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great location & great rate so close to the mall. We were there for a cheer comp downtown but it was only a 20 minute drive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

AC was not working, sheets were stained, did not offer hand soap, house keeping only comes once a week, parking is $10 a night, continental breakfast was incredible sad, creamer for coffee was chunky and gross. None of which was stated when booking online
