"The young man who checked us in was the most friendly front desk staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. He was extremely helpful even to the point of offering to help with luggage. I did not get his name it was evening of 11/6."

"I wasn't there long. But check in was very nice. I really liked the receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention, nice to look at. I didn't get her name. The room was very clean. I did not like the soft water. Taking a shower was not enjoyable. If you have a water softener, you should turn it down some. I used way more water trying to rinse off the soap than I use for 3 showers. You should rethink that."

"We actually had a great experience at the Cascades Inn! We had never stayed here before & although it’s a more of a motel, it acted more like a 3-4 star hotel! Nicole at the front desk was extremely friendly over the phone prior to our stay & even better in person! Gavin at the Sleepers bar is an amazing mixologist & has a wonderful personality. Room was very clean ‘ the king size bed was comfortable! I will say that we would probably come back here and I would try to book Suite around back...
