"Chair beside bed was I very poor condition. Carpet needs replacing. Going into the bathroom I stepped on the nails from the strip that holds te carpet. The desk was unstable."

Asked to speak with a manager. Not on duty. Informed front desk host of everything. She was defensive and argumentative. However, she will relay complaints to her manager. We will followup directly with the manager. Amenities not as described. We expect a partial refund. Not happy."

The clerk apologized that the drink and snack machines were poorly stocked -an ongoing issue. The spreads on the beds had dirty spots on them. And strange stains on the bathtub porcelain. Overall not a poor location, but it just appeared tired and dated. "
