"Not well maintained. Had to change rooms because the door jam was broken and door didnt close all the way. The lock on the door was broken in 2 places. The jets in the tub were black. The bathroom smelled like urine and the toilet was wobbly.
When asked about the room, they did graciously move is to another room that was better... at least the door would shut."
