Good for short stay. good breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleanliness can be a little better. They give only one key card when asked say it is their policy. Need at least 2 key cards per room . They clean the room daily when requested.

Can't complain for the price bad smell in washroom

The hotel in itself was average, can't really complain for the price. But there was a bad smell in the toilet and kitchen sink, probably just bad drainage. We took the 1BR on the second floor. Reasonably spacious. Kitchen utensils were bad, only the kettle was in decent shape. Location wise, good restaurants (and a few bars) in about 15 minute walking distance. Easy to get a Tuk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Chegamos a este hotel diretamente de Novo Delhi e foi um salvo. Além de nos receber e fazer o check-in na madrugada, fora do horário (pois houve um problema no aeroporto que demorou nossa chegada), a comida no restaurante foi delicioso, os quartos com um tamanho excelente, boa internet, funcionários profissionais, água quente, e o hotel está num lugar silencioso, foi tão bom depois do barulho constante de Delhi!

not recommended for families at all

i had called thrice prior to booking the hotel regarding facilities. we wanted a fully equipped kitchen and it was advertised as a full kitchen. the hotel representative assured us of the same if we booked suite. we were also assured an extra cot with mattress if we pay a daily surcharge. i booked a suite and paid the daily surcharge. there was nothing in kitchen but 2 plates, a spoon and a small induction/electric heater with no vessels etc. i was given a floor mattress even on daily request we did not get anything in kitchen to cook or even boil milk for our young children,making it practically useless and i slept on the floor all days room was smelly the hotel staff could have have informed me when i called 3 times honestly about the realistic situation and i would have booked in some other place when we checked out the staff member profusely apologized but we had finished our stay then

Great Thanksgiving Nagar location

Watch out for reversed cold and hot water connections. For a peaceful night of sleep, take time to learn all remotes...ask for a demonstration before tipping hotel staff.

Bad experience

Booked the Suitel through Orbitz at a discount rate. However after checking told, the rate will be high since am checking with 3 people. Don't know what difference does it make. Have to pay twice of what I was originally paid, with no explanation. Also, midway asked to vacate the room for AC repair (AC was working) and offered a room which is smaller. Hotel staff seem not straightforward. Breakfast decent.

Actually i stayed for 1 day and have booked 2 rooms Best part of the stay is we enjoyed the break fast and its excellent. 1) Bath room water was not moving well 2) AC did not worked 3) Refrigerator did not worked 4) One room has very bad smell I have complained to them and none of them was addressed and i'm very unhappy with the services in this hotel and stay

Good stay

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was good and clean. Internet was a bit slow but manageable. Bit far from TNagar shopping, but Auto and Taxis are readily available. Did not have time to try the food.

Nice stay for a few days

We stayed in a junior suite. The bedroom was big with plenty of space. The bathroom was small but clean. There was also a small sitting room attached. The a/c was in both the sitting room and bedroom. The rooms were plain but clean. The beds and pillows were really hard, which is not my preference, but I know some people like hard beds. There was no kitchenette, only a mini fridge and kettle. Very quiet since it is on a side street off the main road. Wi-Fi is free, but only allows two devices. There is a restaurant downstairs, but beware of charging it to your room. The hotel adds 20% surcharge to charge to your room, so much better to pay as you go. The food was nice and a good variety. Breakfast is an Indian food breakfast buffet. It was a bit spicy for me tho. Check out time is at 3, which was great for us since we were traveling by train. Overall we had a good experience, but I would not want to stay for a long stay. But for a short business trip, it was very ideal! Quiet and worth the price we paid thru Expedia. We will definitely stay again!

great place to stay

there are two of these hotels, and I went to the other location first, Google maps' fault :). the place is clean well maintained and will definitely stay again. Only issue is (if it matters) it's a little far from the airport. But, early next morning (I only stayed here for a night in transit) I booked Uber for approx 300 Rupees and it took about 30 minutes to get there. it will take much more time if later in day. I left at 7:00 am.

Hotel unrespect king bed

We booked a deluxe room with king bed and gave a standard room with twin beds. We said to the guy it's not my problem. I choosed that hotel only because you have a king bed. After ten minutes, gave us a junior suite with a king bed. Talk when you don't have a good room.
