Deserves to be Zero Star Rated.

Terrible. How is this a 4 star? The Owner and Ramada as Franchise/Brand Owner have not invested at all in this property. It is shamefully very old and in terrible condition. I feel pity for the staff who work tirelessly and faithfully for the Brand. Phew. Never again!!

The hotel needs renovation. One lift was not working. Flush in the bathroom was not working. A/C temperature control was not working. Gym was supposed to open at 6 am but I had to ask them to find the key and open it even though it was 6:30am. Restaurant staff was polite and friendly but not professional (talking loudly to each other and slow service).

Ramada - You can do better than this !!

Stayed at the Ramada, Chennai, for a short business trip. The hotel infrastructure is old and needs urgent upgrades. The food quality is below average and not what I expected from Ramada. Being vegetarian, I complained about Veg and non-veg snacks kept just together and guest using same spoons / ladles to take veg as well non-veg food. Staff agreed to put non-veg food separate, but on very next day, they again mixed veg and Non-veg. Vegetarian guests, Eat at your own risk !! Seems like they neither listen not ready to implement feedbacks for improvement. From a very small gym to a very small pool and an overpriced Spa, it's better to give the hotel a skip.

I booked this hotel for the name Ramada but honestly I was shocked when I got inside the hotel and room. Extremely dirty, dark. The toilet door was dirty and broken in some places. Room roof was damped. I paid Cad $ 117 which is very high for this quality. This hotel is bringing bad name for the brand Ramada. I dont recommend any one to stay there.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Nachlässig geführtes Hotel

Keine Empfehlung! Nachlässig geführtes Hotel ohne Atmosphäre, in das die Gäste zu Hauf Essen von Lieferdiensten kommen lassen, weil das Konzept der angepriesenen Restaurants nicht überzeugt bzw. nicht verfügbar ist. Nach einer Übernachtung mit vielen Unzulänglichkeiten haben wir es eine Woche später noch einmal versucht in dem festen Glauben, das Hotel würde uns diesmal für das letzte Desaster entschädigen. Aber nicht dergleichen. Das Zimmer hatte diesmal einen Ausblick direkt auf die hässliche Fassade des Nebengebäudes. Minibar war leider leer. Telefon ( für Bestellungen) defekt. Internet instabil. Um alles musste man mehrfach nachfragen, Nachbesserungen wurden angeboten, als sie nicht mehr gebraucht wurden. Kein Wort des Bedauerns seitens des Personals.

Nachlässig und ungastlich.

Das Haus hält nicht, was der Name verspricht. Nachlässig, lieblos, unzuverlässig. Zimmer war erst nach mehr als zwei Stunden nach angegebener Check in Zeit zugänglich , was für erschöpfte Reisende wirklich unangenehm sein kann. In der Wartezeit keinerlei Goodwill, nicht mal eine Tasse Tee. Die angegebenen Restaurants/ Bar waren nicht disponibel bzw. unbestuhlt wegen privater Veranstaltungen. Ungastliches Ambiente. Ein No Go, wie wir nach einer neuerlichen Buchung erneut erfahren konnten.

It’s not a hotel it’s a “Motel”

It was horrible!!!! Pathetic service…. The hotel claims to have 24 hour room service but they don’t have any items available except for tea/coffee and then they have the audacity to tell me I cannot use delivery services to get some grub!!! Ramada might have been a good hotel earlier but trust me right now it’s just as bad as a ”motel” … you people should be ashamed to call your self part of the Wyndham group!!!
