Stay was comfortable. There was some issue with their telephone. Tried reaching them for an early check in but was not getting connected. After reaching hotel at 10 AM had to wait till 11 30 to get the room.
The staffs were really kind and they helped a lot. We asked for late checkout and they acknowledged and it was great help. Breakfast was awesome and we liked their hospitality.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Excellent service and my requirements were met. I absolutely loved their restaurant which located within their property called 'Spice It'. Food was great.
I stayed at Ibis twice during my visit to India in November 2024. It was an extremely positive experience. The hospitality was unmatched, and all the staff members were very helpful. Laxman, in particular, helped a lot during my stay. I was able to get my business done very smoothly and comfortably. Not to forget, the breakfast buffet was EXCEPTIONAL!

Room was very small and old appliances. Bathroom had mold and no trash can liners and no wash cloths/towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast buffet was yummy.
2nd visit to the city IBIS just one night stop over. The Hotel is modern and well managed
Check in: consistent with our last visit speedy.
Room: Comfortable bed, Coffee tea maker and fridge all in good working order. The bathroom unlike our last visit was in good order and functional.
Breakfast: good choice of food both Asian and European.
Staff: Again the big plus for us were staff who helped us arrange a Taxi to Pondicherry thanks again for the support it was very much appreciated and one reason I would recommend this hotel and will use again when in Chennai

Our check in was fast and a room was allocated on arrival although we were slightly early.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable with good quality sheets.
The bathroom was functional but worn.
We used the Restaurant and bar both nights of our stay, there was a good selection of both Indian and international dishes.
The barman Thama was able to help us with our choices and provided a good standard of service.
Staff on the whole were professional and helpful, a special thank you for the young lady who helped us with our airline booking it was much appreciated.
We intend to use the IBIS city again in the very near future and hopefully have a similar experience.
