Hotel Spa di Chelsea

"Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

"The furniture was badly in need of replacement. Desk chair in poor shape. Duvet would not stay in the cover. Fridge broken but a replacement set up in room. I did not get the room I had viewed online. I wanted a view and all I had was a roof covered in paving stones. The breakfast was good as well as the pool."

"I recently stayed at Hilton Lac-Leamy for two nights with friends and would rate the experience 4 stars. The hotel itself is beautiful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are stunning, the property is well maintained, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. "It was quiet and easy enough to travel into downtown by bus. However the photos portraying the B&B are misleading. Yes those are the rooms, but not how they look. The floors are sticky, it is very dusty and there is an accumulation of stuff that takes over. I don't usually want to give a bad review as it is someone's livelihood, but this is absolutely unacceptable as a B&B."
