Hotel Dekat Cheakamus River Waterfalls

"My wife and I usually stay at Whistler 3-4 times per year, but this was my first time staying at the Sundial. I was enticed by the high Expedia satisfaction rating, the price, the location in the village, and the size of the room. We were not disappointed by anything, and had a fantastic stay, The 3-4 front desk clerks we dealt with were all amazing, and we were facilitated with an early check in as we arrived early. Yes the room is a tiny bit dated, but this did not detract from our stay in any...

"As someone who has never been to Whistler I found the location was perfectly in the heart of the village! The staff answered all my questions (parking duration, locations of amenities, etc) and were attentive and happy to help! I loved my stay because I took advantage of the sauna and pool, both relaxing and clean, and also got to enjoy the restaurants and bars close by. The room was a great size, clean, and stocked with amenities!"

"Loud kids hotel wasnt set harsh noise limit before 10pm"

"Phenomenal hotel phenomenal service. Phenomenal everything! I understand it’s the four seasons we’ve been many times and know the prices for room service ect are outrageous. But we went down for breakfast… we were charged for individual items because it was 11:20 and breakfast ends at 11am…. Which was fine…. But my wife and I had 2 eggs each… 1 side of toast each… half an avacado each and 1 smoothie each… and the price was 136$😂😂 I left 14$ tip so 150$ for what should of been maybe 18-22$...

"This is our favourite place to stay in Whistler. The hotel is family and pet friendly, the rooms are spacious, stocked with kitchen ware and laundry detergent, and the pool amenities are wonderful. We love how the bathrooms have a large tub and separate shower."

"Clean room. All ok. Except for the Smart TV that can’t let you watch continuously. It always stop and goes back to home."

"Nice pool area"

"We had a lovely stay! Totally recommend!"

"Great having a small kitchenette. Outdoor pool and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. Absolutely no issues... only regret... stayed only 3 nights; wish my stay was longer! Maybe next time...."

"Booked a two queen beds room, the bedding set on both beds were dirty. The elevator has some smell."

"Having the Quattro restaurant attached is perfect for a great dining experience"

"Más espacio para el parking, por que si dice que lo incluye y cuando uno llega dicen que está lleno eso no me parece bien"

"It was good"

"Overall, the hotel was reasonably priced for our stay and conveniently located, which we appreciated. The only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, and we ended up waiting until approximately 4:30 PM. We were told the room was still being inspected, so we had to keep checking back, which was inconvenient after a long day of travelling. I do appreciate that the hotel compensated us for our $30 parking fee. I understand that delays can happen, but it would...
