"This was perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pune. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, clean and have exceptional amenities. Plenty of power plugs with international outlets. Spacious bathrooms with rain shower. Great room service. 2 restaurants. Pool and gym."

"Great facilities, but poor surrounding and inconsistencies in staff behavior. Some are excellent especially Ms. Sumana, went out of the way to get us into room and recommended which restaurants to try. "

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language channels."

"Decent place. Interiors are very outdated. The room walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor watching TV loudly late at night. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They were able to resolve the issue. Good stay for a decent price."
