"You get what you pay for…moldy pool, filthy carpet, and 2nd floor hallway had a horrible moldy smell too. We couldn’t use microwave in room bc it couldn’t be plugged up. The only good thing was the black gentleman who worked the lobby. He was very nice and hard working, taking care of guests. On the day of our departure 4/9 the lady setting up breakfast was extremely rude. We will not return "

"Staff was nice, liked the room with the balcony. Parking was super easy, and it was very convenient to the interstate. "

"Good breakfast, room was disappointing as there was no separation between living area (pull out sofa) and bedroom offering zero privacy. Other ES have separate bedrooms in king suites. This hotel advertised that! Very deceptive. Also flush on toilet was louder than a freight train. It was terrible and should be evaluated. We will not be stopping here again on our travels from MI to FL and reverse. Finally, we were charged $100 for our 2 toy poodles who were better trained/behaved than most kids, They never made a sound and as they are pure bred AKC registered dogs, totally hyper allergenic. That is why we have them as I am very allergic to dogs and cats. So, the room did not need to be cleaned as thoroughly as with another breed plus we weren’t even there 12 hours! $50 should have been the fee, period."

"Staff was excellent and helpful in every way. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only problem we had was finding some place to eat nearby. Lots and f restraints but most were very pricey or did not have food to our liking. All in all we had a good stay in Chattanooga. "
