"This place ticks the boxes most important to me- the three Cs- Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently located. Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "

"I didn't go to breakfast. I put something from a restaurant in the fridge, but didn't realize it hadn't been turned on. They may have just opened for the season -- the room was musty. What I REALLY didn't like was even though I kept the 'do not disturb' sign up, someone opened my door every day. At least they weren't hiding it, as they tucked the sign in such a way that it was obvious that they had done this. Maybe they were checking - every day -- to make sure I wasn't dead? "

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location, walk to harbor and restaurants. Main St is next street over. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfast and coffee. Didn't use indoor pool but it always had swimmers in it. They are doing updates to the outside and once they're done I'm sure it will sparkle! Price was very reasonable, would happily return!"
