"Very clean room, with an amazing view of 911 Memorial and location was close to subway, Battery Park and Finacial District, which was super convenient. No coffee in the room so bring a coffee pot. We felt the bed was too soft and we didn't like the soft pillows."

"The key cards never worked, we had to continually go to the front desk - so they could work. I have to ask the staff to clean the room and provide us with towels. Tv volume could not be adjusted. It’s an excellent location- however the rest is not up to snuff."

"Its a descent place if you want to travel the next day. But not a family place. Cabin crew members from Newark airport frequent here. Breakfast is very good but no variety. I didn't like that you have to travel down to the lobby to heat your food in a common universal microwave. And there is no table next to the microwave. the rooms are supper tinny. Also notice that "self parking" means $22 dollars a night for your car."

"Convenient clean and helpful and friendly staff from the shuttle bus drivers to the clerks. I had to over night here. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant options weren't exciting,....but the hours were good and convenient. The only issue I had was the pick up from The airport. Hilton's shuttle was not a long wait. However, The process at Jersey Airport SUCKS!!!! After retrieving luggage, You have to take shuttle from the airport terminal to the airtrain station, then go to P3. Then...

"When you turned on the sink or shower it smelled like mildew. The ac stopped working the last night we were there and the TV was ridiculously small. Night clerk was rude."
