The ease of booking and check in was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. As I was travellng by train, it access was excellent - just accross the road. Breakfast was more good. All together a very pleasant and affordable stay. Would receommend highly for the cost concious traveller.

Ok for a stop over, managed to find a lovely bar nearby, the atmosphere in the hotel bar was not for us. If you have mobility problems check your room is not in the area where there are flights of stairs & no lift.

No air conditioner, tv didn’t work so was unable to watch Olympics, rooms were hot and stuffy. Roof in the bathroom started leaking like a waterfall. Whole stay was just uncomfortable.

We booked the wrong dates and tried to change. Hotels.com staff couldn’t change the booking as no one at the hotel spoke English. We tried via email and never got a response, so asked our French Airbnb hosts to call, hotel refused to do anything over the phone and said they would reply to our email. Never heard from them. Terrible customer service avoid like the plague

Ns sommes en fin de journée. Personne a l accueil, ns avons du passer par le bar attenant à l'hôtel. Le Mr a l accueil très avenant, disponible. Mr m a présenté le petit déjeuner et le parking et comment accéder à la chambre. La chbre est grande. Par contre trace sale sur le couvre lit du grand lit, drap non tiré correctement ça été mis comme ça... SDB : évier sale et bouché. Ns avons eu des poils de barbe qui sont remontés. Dégoûtant.. morceau de papier toilette au sol. PetitDejeuner, mini croissant ni pain au chocolat, oeuf, jambon et yaourt,jus de fruit frais disponible, café machine bon..pour 9 euros c'est quand même cher. Hôtel vieux, salle a manger vieillotte. Parking hôtel gratuit dispo.

Chambre avec odeur de cendrier !!! Horrible mes affaires puaient le tabac , il est évident que cette chambre a héberger un fumeur sur une longue durée imprégné dans les mur , les toilettes !! Atroce vraiment. MAIS Vraiment a vomir !!!! Évidemment rien n'a été fait pour essayer d'enlever l'odeur durant cette semaine !! Je suis chef d'entreprise! Des gens squattes le hall la nuit . Dorment sur des fauteuils avec des odeurs répugnantes. Regard agressif car oui je partais à 5 heure travailler ! Et donc je les gênait... on marche sur la tête ! Vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir les fenêtres le soir car il y a constamment des odeurs de cannabis . .. Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe dans cet hôtel mais ç'est inadmissible. Je suis venu a plusieurs reprise depuis 2021 . Mais là je ne viendrai plus car ça a bien changé !! Ils ont choisis leur clientèle apparemment.... La réception vous envoies des sms avec une faute à chaque mots .. pathétique . A fuir clairement !

Personnel au top

Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute. La planche apéro était très bonne ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui était parfait. Le seul petit bémol concerne le ménage de la chambre(pas mal de poussières) et le bruit dans le couloir la nuit. Nous reviendrons merci

Chambre simple et très calme côté Gare. Salle de bain très simple et petite comprenant un lavabo, un WC et une petite douche.. La douche devrai avoir un rideau. Sinon très bien tenu. Seul problème manque un ascenseur quand on est chargé.

Pratique car juste en face de la gare, bon accueil. Chambre propre mais comme l’ensemble de l’hôtel la moquette et les mobiliers font leur âge. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, horrible en plein après midi, heureusement que la soirée a été plus fraîche. Bien dormi, bon matelas. Petit déjeuner correct.

2nuits dans cet hôtel avec une amie. Surprise :la chambre a un lit matrimonial alors que nous avions demandé 2lits. La personne qui nous accueille opère le changement sans problème. A éviter

Volet cassé. Télévision en panne (aucune information à ce sujet). Pas de climatisation donc obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres car chaleur insupportable. Environnement très bruyant toute la nuit (cris, circulation, néon publicitaire), quartier peu rassurant. Lits inconfortables. Salle de bain vétuste et exiguë (pas d’espace entre wc et lavabo, baignoire dont le fond n’est pas stable). Appliques non raccordées. Parking à régler en plus (5 euros). Deux séjours étaient prévus initialement mais nous n’avons pas renouvelé l’expérience alors que notre deuxième séjour était déjà réglé (et non remboursable). Un mail a été envoyé à ce sujet à Hotel.com mais aucune réponse ni dédommagement.

Ich war nur eine Nacht da (auf der Durchreise). Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Alles halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
