"Fabulous place to chill. Staff, Eva and Celia, were wonderful and very helpful. No dinner but many good restaurants nearby. Great view of the lake. Convenient access(with car). Throughly enjoyed the stay. Planning on a longer return visit in spring or autumn. No lift though."

When I found it, there was a message on the door stating to use the code that had been sent by text or email. I had been sent neither. When I called the no. "The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the old part of town, close to parks and the lake. We were able to walk into town, explore, head back for a break and then go right back exploring. Breakfast was very good and the eating area and patio were fantastic. The first lady that met us upon check in wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff were excellent."

"Everything was extremely inconvenient and i even saw a roach in the shower my last night. Not close to the main area of Annecy at all, and needed to take a 45 minute bus ride 1 way just to get into town. Would NEVER book this place again."

"I appreciated that the staff allowed me to store my luggage and also offered me a shower, which was helpful. However, overall the experience was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom.
