We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Residehome.
After arriving quite late on a Friday night, we were completely drained from the road trip and a long work week. However, the gentleman at the reception greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful, which gave us a small but much-needed boost of energy.
I greatly appreciated the hotel’s design, which was simple, elegant, and practical. Despite being a corporate establishment, the staff managed to maintain a warm and personable demeanor, avoiding the rigidity or overly commercial feel often associated with such places.
The room was good value for the price. The only drawback was the lack of electric window shades. As someone highly sensitive to light at night, I found it difficult to fall asleep. I ended up buying an eye mask for the second night, which helped.
Overall, we loved our stay, especially considering the great off-season price we paid.
