Room needs refurbishing. Some staff are friendly but many are just inpersonal. Even one manager was just not seevice orientated.

It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night. Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing.
