"Everything about our stay was excellent . The lady who checked us in we super friendly ( sorry I can’t remember her name Unfortunately we had already eaten dinner but still had to try some pasta at the evening get together . We even walked to the mall across the street to burn some calories"

"The outlets didn’t work well. But everything else was Amazing. I especially appreciated the hair wash and shower gel products :) I love that there was a built-in restaurant, and the staff was absolutely wonderful"

Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
"Very noisy hotel. Beds and pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Tub looked like it should have been gutted out and replaced 5 years ago. Terrible stay. The second floor steps caused numerous people to fall. Lawsuit waiting to happen."
