This hotel was too unpleasant, starting with its receptionist who is a racist, rude person and has zero empathy in customer service, upon arrival we checked in and she assigned us a room (149) which had a wet carpet, smelling of human urine and beer, I was there with my children aged 5 and 19, so I could not for any reason stay in that unpleasant room, we managed to communicate with the cleaning lady and she confirmed the unpleasant smell, so we left the room immediately, we went to the reception and this unpleasant woman only said that there were no rooms and that we had to do the paperwork to leave the hotel, additionally I told her that I no longer had money to go to another hotel, that she would return my deposit of 150 dollars, which in an unpleasant way she responded that in 7 days, I stayed in the waiting room for a time of almost three hours and she approached us to tell us that we had to leave the hotel, without any solution for us to get our money back or another room, finally I called the police, who went to her to manage the refund of the money, finally I had to leave the hotel without money, and with my children on the street, definitely too upset and sad and that I had to attend an event at 6:30 pm that I couldn't get to, thus losing 1500 dollars.
