Loved the property and the amenities. It was immaculate and when we asked for several things, like a second key and more coffee, the response was quick and professional. I was traveling with my newly graduated son and the two bedrooms were ideal. From my viewpoint, the check-in process was confusing and extremely detailed. It worked out but having to download the app for the Landing seemed excessive. I’m sure they have a system as they have multiple locations but it was a lot. I would definitely stay there again!

The sauna experience was beyond my expectations, surpassing those I experienced in Europe. The gym facilities were excellent covering 2 floors. The pool was under maintenance but from a distance it looked very attractive and inviting. The lounge and rooftop areas rival many 5 Star hotels in Asia and the views overlooking Bank of America and the Stadium at night at night were stunning. The kitchen cabinets were modern with the latest color/look. Kitchen counter with the stools were functional yet matches well with the overall look/feel of the kitchen. Kitchen sink was single and deep. Fridge dtove and dishwasher were high quality and worked well. Plates, silverware glasses small appliances were upgraded from the Landing usual offerings. Both beds were so comfortable - the king and queen beds were firm and bedframes complemented the overall design of the bedrooms. Sheets, pillows and blankets were of higher quality than the typical hotels I am an Diamond Elite IHG member and so have some insights. Plenty of closets space. Small details like hooks behind bathroom doors for hanging towels robes etc are appreciated. The big comfortable couch was so a welcome gift to relax at the end of the day. The Samung TVs are of high quality with easy sign in to access my paid subscription like Netflix etc. Having a balcony overlooking the city was such a treat. The area around apartment is surrounded by very nice restaurants and drinking establishments. The streets are clean and safe.
