I enjoyed my stay and the food was good. Also, most of the staff were excellent and attentive. I was disappointed once I looked around my room because the carpet was dirty, the shower didn't seem recently cleaned and the drain cover was disassembled and leaning against the shower wall... I was only here for a night.

Es un hotel con instalaciones impecables, tiene una terraza muy bonita que se llama Aura pero debes reservar con mucha antelación o incluso siendo huésped no podrás alcanzar lugar para cenar ahí. Sus restaurantes son muy buenos, el café y los pastries también. Si vas al Bank of America Stadium te conviene hospedarte aquí, ya que queda muy cerca caminando.

The staff are all great, very polite, and helpful. My issue is with the rooms. They clearly have an AC issue that isnt being addressed. The room i payed extra for to have a better view the AC nor the fridge worked properly. I had the room set at 68/69 and the room would never cool down past 75. I woke up sweating in there. We changed rooms at 2am. They put us in a cheaper room. Again the AC in this one wouldnt go below 74. At least the refrigerator worked in the second room. Also the "complimentary water had been alresdy opened and drank out of. Last but not least the shower leaked through the poor grout job around the shower. No it didnt come through the door. The front desk wasnt much help he thought 20k Bonvoy points would cover the inconveniences. That wouldn't even cover a quarter of the cost of the room. I paid over $500 for this room. Literally the worst JW Marriot I've stayed at ever.

Excelente !! El lugar muy bonito, “Dean’s” el restaurante del lobby es simplemente espectacular. Buen steak & la pasta, inmejorables. La ubicación más que perfecta puedes caminar al estadio, los museos, los parques todo está cerca. & las habitaciones muy bonitas. Volveremos seguro.

There’s nowhere to fill up a water bottle on this property which in this day and age is bizarre. Right next to NASCAR Hall of Fame which is RAD, otherwise the surrounding area is not that cool but nice again it’s Charlotte, not the south of France. Slow service at the bar in lobby to get coffee in AM, housekeep accidentally took my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal and lost it which was really fun to deal with on our end. Pool bar staff told us we couldn’t be in the Bar area because apparently we were enjoying our sober selves too much and so stuck us in a corner cabana but made us walk back and fourth to the bar to order drinks. Rooms are nice and clean, hotel property overall great shape.

Wonderful location!!! Walking distance to most attractions. Very clean. Very quiet. I am sensitive to noise and stayed on the 5 floor but had zero issues from external or internal noise. The absolute best part was the staff. The gym was well-equipped and clean and I used it everyday.They were incredibly accommodating, pleasant and solicitous. They really bent over backward to assist us, even with locating a lost phone. I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff at this property is. While many hotels are nearby, I truly believe that this hotel’s staff is unmatched.
