Y'all should have upon booking that the restaurant is not included and there will be no discount on the food and on top of that what u see is what u pay is a lie because they take 100 dollars out your account with no receipt or proof of the transaction

Short stay for concert

It was a good stay. We were in Charlotte for a concert for one night. We didn’t check beforehand but were surprised there was no continental breakfast. We went to The Flying Bisquit for brunch which I highly recommend! The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. I thought the shower floor was a little too slippery for seniors with achy joints (me) but other than that, everything was fine.

They let me checked-in around 9:00am!! The elevator, which is the closest from the lobby, was broken, so we had to walk long to use another one. But upgraded room was great!
