Breakfast was more than expected and can be rated as 3.5* but all the rest can be rated as good 3*. Location is very central and convenient for new comers and travellers in air transit to and from CRL airport. I used shuttle A1, it operates almost in front of the hotel. Only thing that was not good was that they turned off heating from midnight until morning.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Rooms a little dated, and air conditioning wasn't working effectively, but a desk fan was left in the room to help. The service was very friendly, very helpful and accommodating for the purpose of my trip. The hotel was located very conveniently for the railway station. I would stay here again.

Budget hotel ~ you get what you pay for.

Superb location opposite main train & bus terminals. Receptionist was very welcoming & helpful. Hotel is old & tired, but worth the budget price. Air con not working ~ weather was fairly hot (but not extreme) which made for a very uncomfortable night. Heard other guests with same problem/complaint.

Brilliant budget hotel, right by the bus/train station. Our room was comfy & spacious. The staff are really nice & let us get hot water from the breakfast bar to make a drink with as there is no kettle in the room , though we did have a fridge !

Great location as its opposite train and bus station and 2 minutes walk into town. Room was fully functional but could have done with tea and coffee making facilities. Pleasant staff and recommend a room on upper floor facing the canal and station.

Lovely hotel. Literally directly across from the train station. Perfect for a one night stop over for CRL airport. Staff were perfect, facilities were as expected! Hotel was OK but area not so good. Noisy city, very run down and no places of interest at at within walking distance. Very few places to eat in the evening. Travelling to and from our hotel to our destination each day was both complicated and difficult by car, duecto proliferation of 6-lane motorways everywhere and difficult to access urban roads in and out of the city. Would not consider visiting ever again.
