"Was very disappointed on May 7 after arrival at 100am my reservation for 2 queen bed was not available , i sdk for 3 adult &1 child, they gave me king bed we all have to sleep there couldn't cancel c's they said it was too late, if i knew you don't keep my reservation i would cancel it no need to wait till last min no one was willing to help very disappointed , will never book again"

"Terrible front desk staff. Laundry facilities don’t work. When you tell them it’s hard for you to take stairs, they make sure you have to take the most stairs to get to your room. Pack light! Those stairs are no joke, especially with liggage"

"the staff was great but what threw us off was the fact that the sheets weren’t changed. they had a stain, a couple of hairs sitting on the bed and pillow. The mirror near the cooler and microwave was stained as well. and inside the fridge was someone’s lefts over frozen in place. the bathroom? gross. didn’t even try sweeping it or cleaning the sink. We had to clean it ourselves with wipes. the toilet as well. nothing was done for cleaning. Just re-folded it and called it a day. Very...

"The pool was broken for 2 days out of the 4 that we were there and the water was freezing! Booked an accessible room which wasn’t given to us. Pathetic house keeping and overall experience was bad. "

"This place was horrible on getting to the front door there were a few men hanging out, on the first night the bed sheets had nasty stains. My husband was bitten upon checking it was by BED BUGS management pretended not to know! They gave us a full refund and asked us not to put a negative review 🙃 "

"My family, friends, and I all decided to stay at this hotel for my brother’s wedding. I was first greeted by Vinnie one of the managers at the reception desk. To say he was just helpful as an understatement. He went above and beyond and made my stay very pleasurable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good and the pool is clean as well. As per critiques, I would only say that the hallways smell a little funky. If I’m in that area again, I would 100% pick this hotel to stay at."
