"I was charged a fee to get the right room, the description said ground floor and it wasn’t when I checked in so they charged $270 for exchanging. The room was super dirty :sheets ,curtains ,floors, bathroom wasn’t cleaned toilet seat was yellow, I was having surgery so I had no choice but to stay, otherwise…."
