Hotels in Chaoyang, Changchun

"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I...

"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . "
