Great stay!

We had an amazing stay October 12. The staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to Fabian! The room was comfortable and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here on future trips!

We took advantage of a long weekend to visit the Smithsonian museum near Dulles. This hotel was the ideal location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. The only only issue I had was the side of the bed and the dresser were very close and I had to squeeze past to get to my side of the bed. If we are back in the area we would be happy to stay again.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

This was my second time staying here and i enjoyed it just as much, if not more, as the first time.. Clean facility, friendly staff, and good food.. Im sure ill stay again.

Passable but wouldn’t stay again

Never came to clean the room, had to always request new towels, and they kept bringing dead as batteries to put in the fire alarm that chirped all week which was very frustrating. Breakfast buffet was nice though with fresh fruit.

Staff was accommodating but my room was tons of ants, cat whining nxt door on our second day there. We were moved to another roomfor our final night. Also my disabled veteran husband needed help when the toilet got clogged with no pressure. You need maintenance on call. We were disappointed at what we spent. It was way overpriced definitely would never recommend.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a foul smell! Room was dated and smelled awful! I had to spray my perfume as an air freshener! Toilet did not work so my husband had to fix it himself! Thank goodness we only stayed for one night! Breakfast was mediocre and there were ants crawling on the table! Definitely overpriced and not worth it!

Overall we had a good experience at this property. The Staff was excellent, very friendly and serviceable. The breakfast was great. A good value for money choice for a short staycation. The location is great but they don't offer a shuttle service to/from the airport.

For the most part my wife and I were very happy our stay here. Everything was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We were disappointed with the breakfast. There were no meats available and it was lacking. I have stayed at other Staybridge properties and know that they normally do a lot better. The other ask is to at least have air freshener in the bathrooms since they don't have fans. Nonetheless, it was a good value and we will likely be returning in the future.

Fixtures in the room were a bit old and I wish there was more door stoppers in their room as the location of some doors hit directly into a mirror or wall. Poor placement. The closet door was broken as well.

The front desk staff is amazing! Efficient, prompt, friendly. This visit we were pretty disappointed with the breakfast buffet. The bacon was awful – we couldn’t tell what it was, but must’ve been “impossible bacon.“ the eggs were obviously powdered eggs, and just barely warm.
