Nice stay, nicer yet when one employee left

Nice place to stay, but it got off to a bad start at check-in. There was a problem with my booking. The clerk was accusatory, argued with me when I wasn’t arguing with her, and was overly aggressive in personality. Don’t know why she felt the need to be so loud either. That was the last thing I wanted to deal with after a very long day of traveling. After having to deal with her unpleasantness, everything else went smooth. The hostel itself is very nice. Nice set up.

Tour 5 Days

Only issue I had was it was overbooked. They sent me message saying if I wanted to keep my booking for 3 days instead of 5 days I booked but the email was not clear stating it was over booked. Onl to found out when we arrived there. That point too tired to look for another hote. So we stayed for 2 days in the private room with balcony and 1 day in sharing with another 4 people. But the staff and manager so nice, very friendly and they apologised and was willing to look for another hotel for us. Manager gave us free snack with tea and beer which is nice of them. Staff are verry friendly and extremely helpful. We booked 2 with them and picked us from the hostel. Easy walking distance to old twn & beach. There is local supermarket 1 min walk and few mins walk to bars and restaurants. Very clean, very secure. Overall very pleased with it.
