"We stayed in the old portion of the hotel. It was amazing with 12-foot ornate ceilings and a separate bedroom and living room area. It used to be an embassy in the past, so is beautiful and grand. There is a new wing that may be more like regular hotel rooms, but if you can get into the old section, it is wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. "

Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. "

"The property is beautiful, with spacious clean rooms. The staff is nice. We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure. We had to carry large suitcases down 50 steps to reach the hotel and...
