Super clean and bed was very comfortable! Very close to everything. The host really helped me when my luggage didn’t arrive with my plane! He also recommended Bourakis Restaurant.. wonderful food and service! I highly recommend!!

Our stay at Heliades Residence was amazing! Panteris was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and super attentive. The room was clean and updated. It had everything we needed. There were gorgeous sunsets outside our unit and the pool was clean and quiet. We sat out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the view every night. I could not recommend this property more!

This was the most perfect apartment hotel. Superclean, great sea view and the top quality apartment. You can find all the appliances you need during your stay and more, super-impressed over everything. The staff and owner are so kind! This will be a go-to place and highly recommend! The property is beautiful. Everything very new and excpetionally clean. There are great views from a large terrace with a small communal pool which is incredibly nice. We were made to feel very welcome and the host accommodating to some needs we had folllowing flight issues. The location is also good with a local town within 10 mins walk with some shops and resturants. I would recommend a hire car to provide easy access to Chania and the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Heliades Residence as a couple in June and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and invites you to relax and cool off — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail. Access to the property is secure via code, and everything is managed directly by the owner. Pantelis was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay. When I mentioned that I have trouble sleeping at night, he immediately arranged a room upgrade for us — it was handled quickly and with genuine care. Thank you, Pantelis, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway!

The place was pristine and easy to find. The Check in process was a little awkward as we did not realise there was no onsite reception. We had to do some ringing around before we got someone, they said they had sent infomation via booking .com ,( as we were with Hotels .com , that didnt work) and we did not recieve any. But we resolved this .
