We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for three nights and this place is just fabulous. The apartments are very spacious and quiet, on nice grounds with a pool in the middle. They also have a nice bar and light meals available with delicious chocolate shakes too. The family who runs the business are super friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend. If there is any downside to note and only a small one, it would be the small shower.

Clean, attractive apartment complex with everything we needed - two ring hob, large fridge, clean attractive pool and helpful, friendly staff. I was impressed that we pointed out something wasn’t working and it was fixed the same day. The flats are a short walk from the beach, in a quiet area near supermarkets and cafes. We also loved the friendly cats who live in the complex. It’s a budget apartment, so, we would ideally have liked better lighting, a better hob and a better shower. But these are quibbles and it was a very good experience.

Comfortable apartment with nice pool in quiet area near Chania. Quick 5 minute walk to beaches and about a 30 minute walk into Chania old town.

Great environment, great location

This hotel is like a garden, full of trees, with a very nice swimming pool in the middle. The owners are adorable and prepare a fantastic moka. The location is perfect, close to a good supermarket (with fresh fish in the morning) and 4 small scenic beaches ideal for children and snorkelling. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and confortable, with 2 bathrooms, but the kitchen equipment was aging and shower was unpleasantly mouldy (other bathroom was fine).

I liked the comfortable feeling of both the apartment and the pool area. Space and always a sunbed available. 3 beaches to choose from. My favorite was Golden Beach, down the road to the right. you stroll to it Again, easy beach bar there for lunch, drinks etc not to big. I went for a rest and got it. I would book again as there is plenty to go out to explore Car hire, cycle hire, round the corner as is supermarket and ATM. Very good informative hosts.

There were neither shampoo nor soap in their containers in the bathroom. The kettle in the kitchen had a layer of calcium that I needed to clean before using it. Other than these, everything was fine. It was very clean property. Swimming pool was also very clean. There is a limited parking space on the street and no where else to park since I’m the road ends at the property. We had to park by blocking other cars but informed the front desk. Overall we are happy with our stay. It would be very convenient for the families with little kids.
There are banana trees at the front of the balcony entrance.

Nous avons séjourné à Elea appartments du 3 au 10 Octobre 2026. L'établissement est très agréable et propre. Le personnel est sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue, ils parlent Anglais, mais pas Francais, mais ils font ce qu'il faut pour que l'on arrive a communiquer. Seul petit bémol, quand on arrive avec une voiture, les places de parking sont limitées. Nous avons passé une agréables semaine en Crête et à l'apparthotel Elea appartements. Nous recommandons. Une très belle adresse à garder ! Allez y les yeux fermés. Appartements au calme, propre, spacieux, tout le confort y est. La piscine sécurisée. Un espace restauration. À quelques minutes à pied de la plage, proche des commodités. Un superbe endroit.

Un très bon endroit pour des vacances. Très bon accueil, un cadre extérieur très agréable, une grande piscine sous les oliviers et des bananiers. Le petit bar est un plus pour boire un verre ou prendre un petit déjeuner.. Possibilité d'utiliser la laverie (8€ supp). Appartement modeste. Climatisation dans la chambre. Emplacement parfait pour aller à la plage. Bus de ville à 10 min pour aller à la Canée.

Fantastisk flott apartementhotell. Fin hage med svømmebasseng. Kort avstand til fire ulike og fantastiske badestrender. Kort avstand til supermarked. Reint og fint overalt på området og i leiligheita.

As good as it looks

Great location for sandy beaches and great restaurants. Two supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Good bus service to Chania town which is a great place to visit. Cost 2e and takes you into the centre of the town. Apartment well equipped and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Could benefit with the addition of a chest of drawers. Great pool and bar/food facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be going back next year.
