"前日に部屋と、部屋に入るための暗証番号が送られてこなかったので、Expediaのサイトに連絡しました。 サイトの方はとても親切でHOTELのオーナーと連絡してくれてなんとか番号を教えてくれました。 当日、HOTELの部屋を開けると予約した部屋ではありませんでした。 直ぐにExpediaに連絡し、対応してくれました。 部屋はとても綺麗でしたし、オンドルもあって、床も暖かった。 場所も駅から近くで良かった。 でも最初の対応が不十分。 楽しい旅行が少し残念でした。 やっぱり普通のHOTELの方がいいかな。 フロントがあるのって凄く安心ですね。"
