Everything was fine except for the disappointing restaurant. A very limited menu and small portions. The main course food was well cooked and tasty but the creme caramel desert was completely lacing in flavour.

NICE STAY - A DISTANCE FROM THE TOWN CENTRE

Comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast facility. It is a 5 minute drive to the town centre. The hotel staff were excellent - the dinner menu was a little limited (at least for me) so we had to go out for dinner - there were few dining options close to the hotel.

Ibis Styles if you're not hungry but do need sleep

The welcome and check in was excellent. The room was great and is the best Hotel bed I have ever slept in 5***** superb. We booked for dinner and on arrival shown to out table. We were presented with a QR code to use!? Being technophobes I asked to order and pay for food in the normal way - I was simply handed a itablet - no instruction and no-one attended us again so after 30 mins we left and used a restaurant along the street. Not very happy about this, there appeared to be only 2 people dealing with orders and serving running around in a chaotic way. The following morning I had an issue with my mobile phone and the reception desk lady bent over backwards to help. Thank you.

This is a first class hotel. Excellent room. Excellent breakfast Friendly helpful staff. You do have to register on the charger web site (scan the bar code on the station) and log your payment card with them on the site but you can do so as a guest.

Ok hotel

It was ok - did the job for a stopover stay for our long drive. Would have liked for the swimming pool to be open earlier rather than waiting till 10am (which was when we had to checkout anyway). Didn’t sleep so well as the air conditioning vent made such a noise all night.

The dining room was undermanned for the evening meal, why do you not have hard copies of menus and wine lists for people who do not have smart phones? We did not have the various options on food and wine explained to us and were conned into buying an expensive bottle of red wine when other cheaper bottles could have been offered to us. We are also used to having a bar area in hotels which does not exist at this hotel. We will not be staying here again

OK c'est l'application qui après un rafraichissement de la page à modifié la date en passant au lundi de la semaine suivante. Alors que je pensais réserver pour la nuit du 20 au 21, j'ai réservé 2 chambres pour la nuit du 27 au 28/04. Lors de mon arrivée, j'ai expliqué le problème, on m'a rétorqué que ce n'était pas leur problème, qu'il fallait voir avec la plateforme et on m'a fait payer les 2 chambres pour la nuit du 20 au 21/04.Mais commercialement, sachant que j'avais prépayé les chambres du 27 au 28, ils auraient pu certainement pu inverser les dates, cela ne leur coutait rien !! Mais c'est toujours pareil avec les hôteliers ! Ils se servent des plateformes pour remplir leurs hôtels, mais ils nous font bien ressentir l'animosité qu'ils ont pour ces dernières !! J'éviterai tant que possible les enseignes de ce grand groupe hôtelier qu'est Accor à l'avenir. C'est malheureusement tout ce que je peux faire pour me consoler des 213€ perdus...
