"The staff was great & pleasant. We were disappointed that there was no longer room service available. Also there was suppose to be air conditioning, but they have the systems turned off. Our room was hot and stuffy with no air flow. Most likely would not stay here again. "

"I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding on to a balloon. Not worth the price of the stay at all. It’s almost like clown hotel. "

"Was not communicated to us that parking was an extra charge - the way they explained it was that parking was available. Not that it was $35.00 a day. Secondly, when our room was cleaned, all they did was make the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned at all (toilet not scrubbed, garbage not taken out, etc) Room was very hot and stayed at 22 degrees even though we turned the fan to be on high and adjusted the temperature. Check in was very good though. "
